OfflineSanjeevji,
I checked with a local printer and we can have the book printed @ low cost. 1000 copies at Rs.60-80 each. Trying to convince the printer to print 100 copies @ same price range.

OfflineIt now appears 100% certain that in 2009/10 Anthem Press reprinted this book (AFTER the book contract had been cancelled with mutual agreement) as a hardback version. Their catalogue (2010) confirms it (http://bfn.sabhlokcity.com/wp-…..alogue.pdf).
That is why the book is available all over the place in India (upRack | Flipkart | BookshopofIndia | Gobookshopping | a1Books |Rightbooks.in| Bahrisons | Buybooksonline | Eastern Book Corporation). This is almost certainly a PIRATED, unauthorised version, and Anthem Press are reaping non-contractual profits out of it. (I notice that Flipkart has now run out of copies, but copies are still available elsewhere.)
However, I'm fine with that. I've noted on my website today that:
… it now appears that Anthem Press re-printed this book (without my permission) in 2009/10 as a HARDBACK edition and sold it extensively across India – without any conversation with me: re. royalties. Effectively the hardback edition is a PIRATED edition. However, it is in my interest that this book be pirated, so I don't mind if ANYONE PRINTS AND SELLS THIS COPY IN INDIA. I don't grudge a few additional profits to Anthem Press. They were kind enough to publish this book by an unknown author, and that's good enough as far as I'm concerned.
Recall that about 1 year ago we wanted this book to be somehow got printed and distributed more widely but found it not worth our while to try to do so. It now appears that market forces (demand) have generated their own forces. I suspect that given the continuing pressure (demand) for the book, someone will continue to pirate and make the hardcopy version available.
I was also surprised to note on the internet that this book is now available in at least a few university libraries abroad, and the national library of Australia, plus the India International Centre, etc. I did give a personal copy to the Melbourne University library, but other copies seem to be getting populated on their own. Hopefully the book will find more readers. A few used copies are also available on Amazon, which means that American booksellers somehow have managed to get a few used copies.
Not a bad outcome after a very poor start due to Anthem Press's previous lackadaisical handing of the book (of course, they did get one review in The Telegraph).
I hope that as the word spreads this book will become more widely available, particularly on the footpaths. That's where it really counts.
I've authorised ANYONE to pirate this book – that means anyone! If you know someone with streetsmarts, please let him make this book available with my blessings. Anthem have NO COPYRIGHTS on this book since mid-2009. Only I own all copyrights.
Regards
Sanjeev

OfflineSomething interesting to share.
I found a place called bookrack.in and requested them to review BFN. They asked me to send a copy to them. I checked the internet and found it available as "Hardcover" edition at Flipkart: http://www.flipkart.com/breaki…..8190583581
Just to try out whether this thing works, I ordered the book copy for bookrack.in and yet, the order worked: Rs.468 fully delivered (free shipping).
That's very reasonable. If bookrack.in do receive the book then it means that BFN is back in print (this time unauthorised – since Anthem Press had cancelled their contract with me in mid-2009!).
It would still be something worthwhile, though, for it means that further copies could be ordered if needed.
I'll let you know what happens to this order.
