Delayed birthday greetings

Hearty congratulations to all FTI members on the completion of 1 year of formal existence of FTI on 1 July 2010. (My article that provides an update on this subject has been published in Freedom First, July 2010: it will be released as part of TAGI, July 2010).

Dear Bhuvan

With due respect, very clearly and with crystal clear heart I want to say that I am from corporate sector but i dont talk corporate language which is "diplomatic". They said “OUR CULTURES DON’T MATCH” & I was FIRED, just because I was opposing racism of favourism and diplomacy.

I really liked the determination ecpressed "to win". The organization dont want to contest to loose but to win. I really got clicked with this idea. I have never ever liked the ideologies of any existing organizations who say that they wanna do this and wana do that. I think till date every existing organization got a chance to come into power, so if they wanted to do anything they must have done it so far. I never joined anybody. That is why i came up with my invention which is "THE YOUNG GUNS OF INDIA".

I believe in perfection that is why i am bit agressive too. I joined a job for 3 months but then left it because i was internally not feeling that i would be able to give results this person as I was not myself satisfied with the product. That person never asked me to leave but I left him becasue ultimately "ACCOUNTABILITY" is a term which had to come in to picture laterly and I never wanted to be a failure.

Well, as you said "Sanjeev has rightly given you a genuine and blunt depiction", all I want to say that I love to express myself, my thoughts, my vision and most important i always believe in working as a "SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM".

I work from the very first day and moment when i join with somebody. For me there are no off hours or holidays till i will internally connected but once that connection is lost, i cant work whole heartedly.

Again at the end, I just wanted to tell you about my style of working. Please dont take it otherwise but I wanted to tell that who I am and what I am so that later on there are no confusions or mis-understandings. The motto is one " to win, to make a change, to work as a team"

Thanks & Regards

Rahul

Dear Rahul

I respect your thoughts and sentiments expressed on various forums. Sanjeev has rightly given you a genuine and blunt depiction. To sum up his previous post in three words (in his words) 'We MUST win'.

Rahul you have a great opportunity to make count yourself right (and I see a fire in you) at the begining by organising an outreach and involving Sanjeev in it. I am pretty much sure you would do that. Please feel free to ask for any kind of suggestions or help. I am sure you would gain alot by religously going through the forum comprehensively.

In the meantime you can have a look at the various tasks undertaken by the members (or awaiting to be volunteered) on http://freedomteam.in/blog/for…..sheets-fti (click on Task chair spreadsheet link).

I am seeking some volunteers for the proposed 'Team Principles' on http://freedomteam.in/blog/for…..-in-a-team.

Feel free to chip in with your views and proposals and feel proud to be part of the organisation working on bringing much needed reforms.

Regards

Bhuvan

Dear Rahul

It is good to learn that you will contest elections next time. Please note, however, that unless FTI achieves a critical number by next year, we won't be contesting elections.  Please read FTI's strategy document. We are not going to waste time and resources contesting elections. We MUST win. If that is not guaranteed (by the preliminary work that is needed to ensure success) we will NOT contest elections. Losing elections is not our goal, or some ridiculous goal of getting 4% of the vote. Winning is the only aim.

You will need to fully understand all these things before you are admitted to FTI as a full member. So let me repeat: Please pause for a while and read up all documents on FTI's website.

Also, since I'm in India at the moment, if you can organise an outreach event in Chandigarh in the next two days (about 20-30 invitees at the minimum) I can drop by to talk for an hour or so about FTI and its approach. The goal will be simple: to find like-minded leaders. Pl. contact me over mobile at: xxx. [NOTE TO THE VISITOR: I'VE REMOVED THIS NUMBER SINCE IT WAS A TEMPORARY NUMBER WHILE I WAS IN INDIA IN EARLY 2010]

Regards

Sanjeev

Dear Bhuvan

I want to work as an active member of the organization.

According to me " AB RAAJNEETI NAHI, RASHTRANEETI CHAHIYE". I am very well determined to contest elections next time. Do involve me in all the activites planned by the organization. It will be an honour to be a participant and lead too if get the opportunity.

Thanks and regards
