Dear All

I would like to share with you all about a campaign which has been started by me few days back in name of "MISSION CARE"

MISSION “CARE”, seeking for care centers by government where any Indian can go and file his/her grievances from the administration. Either it is a matter of broken roads, electricity issues, water problems, sanitation problems, government offices related works or any other works which are common problems faced by common man which leads to harassment in any ways, loss of the public property etc

We just don’t demand Right to Information but we also demand Right to Grievance Redressel in suitable time which should not lead to harassment to any person. This is our right. In MISSION “CARE”, people will submit their acceptance on paper or via email demanding for care centers. Also, In MISSION “CARE” we have following demands:

In Case of Grievance:

Opening of care centers at block level of every tehsil of Distt.

Submission of grievance via letter or email by any person.

Immediate generation of grievance number which should be given to the complainer for further reference.

Redressel of grievances within 30 days or set timelines.

If there is a delay, then immediate action on all related officials.

Legal action should be taken against them as it would subject to harassment to people.

In Case of Administrative works:

Generation of reference number which should be handed over to person as and when the file/documents are submitted.

Number of days should be set for every work and should be followed accordingly further.

Closing of work as per number of set days/ timelines, failing which an immediate reply for the delay to be sent to the submitter sent along with the earliest completion date.

If there is a delay, then immediate action should be taken on all related officials.

Legal action should be taken against them as it would subject to harassment to people.

No interaction or meeting of general public with the Govt employees will lead to smooth movement of works.

If there are any pendencies/ shortcomings in the file/documentation then they should be informed via email/phone by customer care only.

Pending documents should only be submitted to documents receiving officer only against which an acknowledgement in form of receipt/ reference code should be handed over.

All the works should be finished on first come first serve basis only.

Most Important: Correspondence via telephone and email must be started for convenience of general people which will also save time, paper, stationery, manpower cost, infrastructure cost, delays in work & cutting of trees.

"I would request you all to reply with your feedback/comments/ ideas on same and also if we can all unitedly start this campaign at national level for the interest and benefit of every indian." This campaign will very effectively help in reducing corruption in the current system, as there will not be any direct interaction with any govt. officials.

Thanks and regards
