All FTI members do NOT have the rights to modify all FTI documents and Blogs. Only members of FTI GB (General Body) have access rights to create/modify Blog posts and moderate Blog comments. They are expected, though, to keep a record of the changes through good document management and sharing information on the changes with others. All other members are considered initial FTI members and they have a read-only access to FTI Blogs.
